COMMUNICATION
In these times many customers will be nervous as they return to activities they once considered normal. The important thing is to ensure an open communication to your CUSTOMERS. Ensure the following:
- Communicate what you are doing in your facility to keep them safe
- Use signage to highlight changes to procedures during the COVID-19 pandemic
- Reference State and Federal recommendations that you are following in your business
CLEANING & HYGIENE
Ensure your Customer’s have access to cleaning products such as Hand Sanitizer, wipes and tissues. Make sure your continual cleaning routines by Staff are visible so they Customer has confidence in your commitment to a hygienic facility.
PHYSICAL DISTANCING
Ensure you facility applies the principles of Social Distancing in bottleneck areas like Reception. Use readily available aids such as Floor Stickers and signage to indicate to Customers where it is appropriate to line up in these areas.
