The relaxing of COVID-19 Restrictions with regards to Indoor Sports will vary from State to State and will develop in line with State Government regulations and updates.
These relaxing of restrictions and the information that goes with them changes quickly so it is important to regularly check State Government websites for updates in your State and ensure you understand the ramifications on your business.
Many Government and Sports authorities are working on ways to get sports back into the Community in a safe and responsible manner.


RISK ASSESSMENT
There are a number of requirements by the PCBU (person conducting a business or undertaiking) and person in control of a workplace to manage the risk of COVID-19. As our businessess have had to close completely and are preparing to reopen, there is a requirement to ensure that a plan is in place and that risk assessments for vulnerable persons is undertaken to ensure that risk of infection is eliminated.
The current state of play around the country varies so it is important to stay informed by your state health authority. Additionally, the WorkSafe Regulators have provided some excellent resources that should be utilised at your workplaces.
Caroline from Safety For Life has also emailed all sites information and guidance on formulating a Risk Register that can be completed and she will them import into the Sherm OHS Software.

Prior to re-opening there are things you can do to prepare your facility and workplace with regards to things like:

- Encouraging Physical Distancing
- Handwashing and Hygiene
- Cleaning
- Monitoring Symptoms
